“I was pretty lost and it was only because of your commitment professionalism and care that I found my way through. I’m delighted to say I’ve found a role I can really get involved with and have an impact. I’m only able to say that because of the help and encouragement my coach gave me. So a huge huge thank you! ”

    Mid-career FAQs

I’ve had an unconventional career path – can you still help me?

Yes absolutely!  We’ve worked with people coming from all directions – both professionally and in terms of life experience and challenges.  Let’s talk!  We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your situation and explain more about how we can help.

Will you find a job for me?

We will advise on and supply information about job search strategies including how to locate suitable jobs and using our icareercoach job board.  We’ll also provide contact information for suitable recruiters in your industry and relevant organisations as well as providing opportunities for networking.

However, we don’t approach employers or recruiters on your behalf, nor are we a recruitment agency but we will be there to advise on all aspects of your interactions with them.
