npower: Energy Firm

Working with 40 high-potential future leaders at npower.  At the start of this 2-year programme we delivered group career management workshops and this was followed by 4 individual coaching sessions per participant.  A personal career action plan was created for them to share with their manager and sponsors.  The programme was so successful it was extended for another year before the company’s acquisition.
