How to make a Career Change

We’ve all had a bit of extra thinking time during the past year, particularly during the lockdowns, so it’s no surprise that a recent survey by Aviva that 60% of workers are planning a career change in what is being called “The Great Resignation”.  Sometimes it’s only when you pause for a moment that you see where you are, and realise that perhaps you want to be somewhere else.
